SOLUTION:
Forged from flames, Guinness 232° transformed your local into a festival devoted to epic, fired-up flavours. Serving up bold beer with great music, it brought together the best Irish chefs around to command the grills across the country- with just one rule: to cook over live fire.
CHALLENGE:
Promote the finest Irish meat and seafood to fresh vegetables and noodles on offer, with only one rule for the chefs: They have to cook over an open fire. The challenge, curated by food expert Ali Dunworth, will focus on seasonal ingredients with dishes using quality produce sourced from local Dublin farms.
INSIGHT:
The aim was to creative an immerse event people could really connnect with. The client really wanted to drive home the connection between the Guinness brand and unique food and live music experiences across the city.
STRATEGY:
The theme of the event was uncovering great flavour through a flame, as the name Guinness 232°C comes from the temperature at which Guinness roasts its barley. Guinness 232°C, saw beer and food experiences pop up in Bonobo, Jam Park and The Bernard Shaw in Dublin city.
